Step 1
Brown chicken in batches in enough oil in a frypan and set aside.
Step 2
Return batches of chicken to the fry pan and add garlic salt and pepper till fully cooked.
Step 3
Add mushrooms and cook a few minutes more, then remove from heat and cover with lid.
Step 4
Make a rue with oil in flour in a non stick pot then add milk or cream and simmer.
Step 4
When comes close to a boil add the cheese and stir in. (if the sauce becomes too thick add more milk or cream as needed to get desired thickness)
Step 5
Serve over cooked pasta of choice, Fettuccini, Rotini, or Penne.

2 cups chopped Mushrooms
Garlic

2 cups Milk or Cream (more as needed)
200 grams of Ricotta or Mozzarella cheese
Oil
Flour
