Step 1
Cut each potato in half then in half again into 4 pieces. For bigger potatoes cut into 6 or 8 wedges. Soak in a pot or bowel until ready to bake.
Step 2
Mix desired seasonings, Salad dressings, Garlic and oil in a large enough room to toss the potatoes.
Step 3
Pat the potato wedges with paper towel then toss the potato wedges in the mixture to fully coat the potatoes and let sit and marinade till baking.
Step 4
Pre heat oven to 400F
Step 5
Place wedges on a foil lined baking tray and put into middle rack in the pre heated oven for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.

2 tbsp. Seasonings of choice
2 tbsp. Salad dressing of choice
1 tbsp. Chopped garlic to taste
3 tbsp. Oil
