Step 1
Slice steak into thin strips.
Step 2
Slice onions into rings then in half.
Step 3
Fast fry beef in 2 or 3 small batches 30 seconds a side and set aside on a plate.

Put all the beef back in the fry pan and add onion then mushrooms.

Cook for about 2 or 3 minutes then add flour and stir in well..

Add beef stock and stir in.
Step 7
When the flour is mixed in, mix in the yoghurt and sour cream and stir till smooth.
Step 8
Simmer for another 5 minutes and take off the heat.
Step 9
Serve over cooked broad egg noodles.
2 small steaks
1 small onion
1 can sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Plain Yoghurt
1/2 cup water with 1 beef bouillon cube dissolved
You can make a similar recipe instead using ground beef and onions 2 cans mushroom soup and 1 can water.
