Place pork chops on a foil lined shallow baking dish and bake on middle rack at 350F for 20 minutes, turning over and bake for another 15 minutes.

Combine chicken broth, brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a frying pan over medium heat; bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, until flavors blend.

Whisk together water and cornstarch in a small bowl. Pour into the pan; stir. Simmer until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.

Then, add pork chops to the pan with sause and cook for 3 minutes and flip pork chops untill sauce for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Serve with rice.
