Step 1
Brown Ground beef in batches in frypan with enough oil and set aside in a strainer to let fat drain and break it up with a wooden spoon.

Return browned ground beef to frypan with more oil and seasonings and garlic and when done remove from heat

Add some oil and the onions peppers and mushrooms into frying pan and heat when onions translucent add to a large enough pot for the sauce.
Step 4
Add ground beef and mix in.
Step 5
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, bouillon and more seasoning if desired.
Step 6
Bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer.
Step 7
Simmer for 1 to 2 hours stirring occasionally.
Step 8
Serve over desired cooked pasta.
